Unable to open any apps on 3DEXPERIENCE

My 3DExperience doesn't seem to recognise that the launcher is installed on my system. I have tried absolutely everything I can think of and the support team have ignored my messages through email/tickets. Absolutely useless support from such a massive company I cannot begin to explain how disappointed and frustrated I am. I have been locked out of my CAD for 2 months at this point. 

 

I have removed all firewalls, ad blockers, anti-virus softwares, VPNs, multiple networks both wired and wireless, uninstalled and reinstalled the launcher. Whenever I try to launch an app I get the prompt to download the launcher, it's infuriating!!
